We are always keen for any feedback and constructive criticism so that we can improve our Practice. If you are not happy with the service provided, or if you have any concerns please direct your concerns to the Practice Managers Lynne Damerell and Jeanette Robben. The Practice Managers will explain to you the complaints procedure and the steps taken to reassure and rectify the situation. The will also point you in the right direction if you wish to take the complaint any further.
