Dr Lachlan Brown
MBBS FRACGP
Dr Lachlan Brown trained in Anaesthetics at Kent and Canterbury Hospitals (UK) in 1992 and Royal North Shore Hospital in 1994. Since moving to Batemans Bay in 1995 he has combined his rural general practice at Batehaven with his Anaesthetic practice at Batemans Bay and Moruya Hospitals. He is accredited with the Joint Consultative Committee for Anaesthetics, which is the standards body for GP Anaesthestists in Australia.
Outside of medicine he is active with the Batemans Bay Sailing Club and the Eurobodalla Cycling Club and spends as much time as possible with his family.
Dr Jörg Ziergiebel

Jörg worked as a nurse and as a Medical Officer in the German Defence Force prior to his graduation in Medicine from Rostock University, Germany, in 1994.
His postgraduate training, mainly in the United Kingdom, involved several Specialities, including Accident and Emergency Medicine and Surgery, General Medicine, Anaesthetics, General Practice, Intensive Care Medicine, Orthopaedics, Neurology and Urology.
Since his move to Australia in 2003 he has been working as a General Practitioner in Moruya with VMO rights to Moruya and Batemans Bay Hospitals.
Jörg holds an appointment with the ANU Rural Clinical School as a Senior Lecturer and Academic Coordinator.
He is happily married, proud father of 2 lovely children and enjoys being with his family and animals and loves the outdoors.
Dr Luke Mitchell

Luke has recently moved to the NSW South Coast with his wife and daughter. After working in Ballarat, Victoria and in Burnie, Tasmania, the Mitchell family decided it was time to have a warmer sea change.
Luke enjoys anaesthetics and has accreditation with the JCCA. Luke provides anaesthetic services as part of the team at Mogo Day Surgery. He practices at Batemans Bay Medical Centre as a General practitioner, but also has VMO admitting rights to both Batemans Bay and Moruya District Hospitals.
Dr Jeet George
MBBS, MRCGP (UK), FRACGP, JCCA (anaesthesia)
Dr George completed his GP training in the UK in 2006, having acquired extensive experience within Emergency Medicine / General Practice and the associated specialities in his eight years of training there . He moved to Australia in 2008 and has since worked in Rural and Remote Australia and within the Gold Coast area. He completed his training in GP Anaesthesia at Tweed Heads Hospital having acquired the JCCA certification for Anaesthesia in April 2014 and moved to the Batemans Bay area in June 2014. He has admitting rights to Batemans Bay Hospital and consults from Surf Beach Surgery and also participates in the Anaesthesia and VMO rosters covering Batemans Bay and Moruya Hospitals. In his spare time, he can be seen on the tennis court practising his serves or playing the guitar which he is passionate about.
